ALSO, If you are a PI and you use GPS TRACKERS, might I suggest you read this article:
http://www.thenewspaper.com/news/29/2906.asp. Just remember, though your state may not have any legislation on gps trackers being used by private citizens, there is ALWAYS a first time.
